Sistema orientado al Monitoreo y Verificación de comportamientos de Clientes, Empleados, Proveedores y Corresponsales. Una característica fundamental de este Sistema es que además de realizar análisis transaccionales para detectar inusualidades, sobre todo realiza análisis combinando transacciones con factores, criterios y sub criterios de riesgo, e información adicional de los Clientes en caso de que se disponga. Inclusive este sofisticado sistema puede realizar análisis en los cuales no intervenga ningún producto, ningún servicio, ningún bien ni las transacciones asociadas a los mismos.
Esto hace de Risk Monitoring & Controller el Sistema más avanzando en cuanto al alcance y a los tipos de análisis que puede realizar. Sin embargo, producto de esos análisis, los cuales son alertas que se procesan automáticamente, ya sea en línea o en lotes, por cada inusualidad que el sistema detecta, genera un caso, el cual será asignado y anunciado también en forma automática, a usuarios que deberán resolverlo y supervisar su resolución. Estos usuarios recibirán un correo electrónico enviado por Risk Monitoring & Controller cada vez que un caso se cree y les sea asignado. El Sistema además permite crear y asignar casos manualmente para manejar excepciones o situaciones especiales.
Los usuarios realizarán el seguimiento de los casos a través del Administrador de Casos del Sistema (Case Manager), en el cual ingresarán las actividades que realizan y podrán adjuntar documentos de ser necesario, hasta llegar a la resolución y cierre del caso. De esta forma es posible detectar inusualidades en el comportamiento de Clientes, Empleados, Proveedores y Corresponsales, llevar un control de estas inusualidades y resolverlas con mayor agilidad y seguridad.
